This is a hybrid field and project-support role designed for someone who is observant, adaptable, professionally confident and interested in learning how active construction, infrastructure, facilities and operational projects are managed.

The Coordinator helps GEOACQ understand what is happening in the field and converts that activity into accurate project information. The role combines field observation, photography and videography, stakeholder communication, project documentation, reporting and administrative support.

Key responsibilities may include

- Observe and document daily work activities, progress, sequencing, site conditions, constraints and outstanding items.
- Capture organized photographic and video evidence before, during and after work activities.
- Document underground infrastructure and other conditions that may later become concealed, including pipes, valves, fittings, service connections, excavation conditions, measurements and surrounding conditions.
- Capture pre-existing conditions before work begins and completed/restored conditions following the work.
- Use photographs, video, time-lapse and written documentation to create a clear record for people who were not physically present.
- Review basic project drawings and compare documented project information with observed field conditions.
- Communicate professionally with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, residents,

businesses, vendors and other project stakeholders.
- Identify potential coordination requirements before work affects stakeholders, access, traffic or surrounding operations.
- Assist with traffic, pedestrian and site-access observations within the approved project arrangement.
- Prepare daily field information and structured project reports using GEOACQ templates and approved AI-assisted reporting workflows.
- Maintain project photographs, records, action items, documentation, registers and digital files.
- Assist with meeting notes, outstanding-action tracking, schedules, project closeout information and document control.
- Support basic video editing and progress-video preparation using CapCut or similar applications.
- Assist with GEOACQ project administration, proposals, presentations, digital content and other operational-support activities when not assigned to the field.
- Support multiple locations or projects where required.
- Identify concerns, document facts and escalate matters that fall outside the Coordinator's authority.

GEOACQ will provide project-specific Standard Operating Procedures, reporting standards, evidence-capture requirements and onboarding.

The successful candidate is expected to learn continuously and progressively become capable of working independently within established responsibilities.

This position does not authorize the employee to provide engineering/design direction, approve change orders or costs, certify work, alter contractor means and methods, or make contractual commitments on behalf of GEOACQ or its clients.
