As a Field Representative, you will work closely with the Terminal Manager to ensure the safe and profitable delivery of services.

Your role includes supervising drivers, conducting site-specific orientations, and identifying new business opportunities. You will play a critical part in driving operational excellence and upholding Trimac’s safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with Customers and Drivers
- Conduct site visits and safety assessments regularly




- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with Secure Work Permits and orientations
- Troubleshoot service issues with both Drivers and Operations Requirements:
- Class 1 / Class A Commercial License required
- High School Diploma or equivalent needed
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
