Dave Wheaton GM is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dealership team. The successful candidate will guide customers through financing and protection options while delivering a transparent, professional, and customer-focused experience.

Responsibilities

- Present financing, leasing, warranty, insurance, and vehicle-protection options to customers.

- Use the First Canadian menu-selling process to clearly explain available products and help customers make informed decisions.

- Secure competitive approvals by building strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lenders.

- Review credit applications, prepare contracts, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

- Maintain compliance with dealership policies, lender requirements, privacy legislation, and all applicable regulations.

- Work closely with the sales and accounting teams to ensure efficient, accurate vehicle deliveries.

- Meet finance-office performance goals while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.





- Follow up with customers and promptly resolve financing or documentation concerns.

Qualifications

- Previous automotive dealership finance-management experience is an asset.

- Experience with First Canadian menu selling is an asset.

- Solid knowledge of automotive lending, leasing, warranties, insurance, and protection products.

- Proven sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

- High level of accuracy, organization, discretion, and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, team-oriented dealership.

- Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays as required.

- Valid driver's licence and any provincial licences or certifications required for the role.

Pay: $59,947.84-$172,448.56 per year
