This full-time role in Oxford involves financial leadership, management, and strategic planning. As a Divisional Controller, you will oversee accounting departments and lead financial statement preparation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
You'll manage budgeting, forecasting, and provide valuable insights to senior leadership, enriching growth and decision-making processes in the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting departments including Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for Head Office
- Implement and monitor internal controls and compliance
- Manage capital expenditures and inventory controls
- Foster a team-oriented culture within the accounting team Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA designation required
- Strong background in ASPE and/or IFRS standards
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
