In this casual role, you’ll support clients throughout Central and Central East Regions by managing a varied caseload, conducting assessments, and delivering skilled care tailored to individual needs. You’ll work independently while ensuring the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans
- Manage caseloads and collaborate with healthcare teams




- Provide skilled nursing interventions in client homes
- Administer medications as per medical orders
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation Requirements:
- Active RN or RPN registration with the CNO
- Current CPR, First Aid, and WHMIS certifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Robust clinical assessment and time-management skills
