This senior role demands solid expertise in Flight Dynamics, Control Laws, and Fly-by-Wire systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ARP4754A and DO-178C. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, guiding complex projects from conception through certification. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead flight control systems architecture and integration
- Develop control laws and flight dynamics models
- Manage MIL, SIL,



and HIL integration processes
- Coordinate across aerodynamics, avionics, and certification teams
- Drive safety analyses like FHA, FMEA, and FTA Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Aerospace or related fields
- 12-18+ years in aerospace industry
- Strong experience in FCS development and NPD
- Proven leadership in IPTs or cross-functional teams
