Position Overview

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face and voice of our shop. This role is central to the customer experience — from greeting walk-ins and answering the phone, to keeping the shop clean and beautifully organized, to helping customers find exactly what they need.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting flowers and arrangements for any occasion
- Answer phone calls, take detailed orders, and confirm delivery/pickup information accurately
- Process transactions, handle payments, and manage point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop and display area
- Restock and rotate flower displays to keep them fresh and appealing
- Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and care
- Encourage repeat business through excellent service,



including asking satisfied customers for Google reviews
- Support the floral design team with basic tasks as needed (wrapping, stocking, prepping)
- Assist with keeping track of orders, inventory, and supplies

Qualifications

- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive attitude with a genuine care for people
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a rapid-paced environment
- Basic computer/POS system skills (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs (flower buckets, boxes, etc.)
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed (peak floral seasons)

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
