- Deliver professional, friendly service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and setup across dining areas
- Assist in managing restaurant operations and staffing needs
- Train as a Banquet Captain to supervise events
- Manage efficient communication between shifts Requirements:
- Minimum two years in Food and Beverage service
- Current BC “Serving it Right” or equivalent certification
- Robust knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Ability to multitask under pressure
