Tim Hortons in Meadow Lake, SK is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations in a fast-paced coffee shop and restaurant environment.

Work Setting: Food service establishment, coffee shop, fast food outlet, restaurant.

Responsibilities

- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise 5-10 food service counter attendants and food preparers

Work Conditions

Fast-paced setting, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, physically demanding.





Requirements

- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in food service or related role
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Client focus, flexibility, and team player attitude

Schedule

Shifts including early morning, morning, day, evening, night, and weekend.
