Job Title: French Speaking Enterprise application professionals with IBM-based platforms

We are seeking a bench of experienced enterprise application professionals to support a range of IBM-based platforms and large-scale enterprise systems. These roles are part of a strategic talent showcase initiative, where IBM is building visibility of available French-speaking technical experts across key technologies in support of an upcoming government bid.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one of the listed technologies
- Experience working in large enterprise or government environments strongly preferred
- Proven experience in system integration, application development, or enterprise support
- Must be fluent in French (written and spoken)
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in multi-platform environments across IBM ecosystem tools
- Exposure to cloud or hybrid cloud architectures
Must have specialize in one or more of the following:
Key Technologies / Skill Areas
- IBM Maximo (EAM configuration, customization, workflows, integrations)
- Mainframe (z/OS) development and support (COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS preferred)
- IBM BAMOE (Business Automation Manager Open Editions)
- IBM OpenPages (GRC implementation, configuration, reporting)
- IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D), including IKC and Manta integration
- IBM API Connect (API development, management, and lifecycle governance)
- IBM WebMethods (integration development, ESB, API orchestration)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise applications within assigned platform(s)
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Support integration across enterprise systems and ensure data consistency and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards
