Solis Movement is looking for energetic, reliable and community-focused Front Desk Associates to join the opening team at our new Bloor West Village studio.
As the first and last point of contact for our members, our Front Desk Associates play an essential role in creating the welcoming, elevated experience Solis is known for. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping a space organized, polished and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome members and create a warm, positive studio experience
- Assist with class bookings, account questions and general inquiries
- Educate members on class offerings, memberships and studio promotions
- Support membership and retail sales in an approachable, service-focused way
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization and overall presentation of the studio
- Prepare rooms and equipment between classes
- Restock amenities, retail products and studio supplies
- Support instructors and studio leadership with daily operational needs
- Handle member concerns professionally and escalate them when appropriate
- Follow all studio policies, safety procedures and service standards
Who You Are
- Friendly, confident and comfortable starting conversations
- Dependable, punctual and able to work independently
- Naturally organized with strong attention to detail
- Calm and solution-oriented in a busy workplace
- Comfortable learning booking software and point-of-sale systems
- Interested in movement, wellness and creating meaningful community
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail or boutique fitness experience is an asset
