What You'll Do

You'll help patients from the moment they contact Maples through check-in, their visit and check-out.

We're looking for someone who can:

- Welcome patients warmly and communicate confidently in person and by phone
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Schedule appointments and help keep a busy clinic organized
- Help new patients understand their next steps
- Discuss payments and insurance comfortably and professionally
- Stay calm with frustrated patients and work toward solutions
- Handle cancellations, scheduling problems and follow-up
- Be extremely reliable and follow through
- Learn quickly and respond well to feedback
- Notice problems, take initiative and try to solve them
- Learn our systems and help us improve them
- Use technology and AI to work more effectively




- Eventually help train and lead other team members

Compensation

$21–$25/hour + performance bonuses

We review pay regularly. Help the clinic make or save money, and you get paid more.
