Onda by Casereccio is looking for a reliable and motivated Front of House Shift Lead to join our team in Olympic Village.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable taking the lead during service. You’ll work alongside the FOH team while helping keep shifts organized, productive, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Lead the FOH team during assigned shifts
- Provide friendly and efficient guest service
- Delegate tasks and keep the team organized during service
- Assist with training and supporting new team members
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash-outs and end-of-shift responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management
- Handle guest concerns professionally when needed
- Ensure FOH areas are clean, stocked, and organized
- Maintain Onda's service standards
- Work hands-on alongside the team during busy periods
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant, café, or hospitality experience
- Shift lead or supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable taking responsibility during a shift
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Barista experience is an asset
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
