Qualex-Landmark™ is seeking an experienced Property Accountant to oversee full-cycle accounting for our Vancouver-based real estate portfolio and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will work with the Asset Management Team to monitor operations, perform month-end closes, budget-to-actual reviews, and prepare statements for external lenders and auditors.
The ideal candidate has at least two years in real estate accounting, proficiency with Yardi Breeze, Excel, QuickBooks and GST filings, and
