Full Stack Developer
Location: Virginia preferred, remote OK for excellent profiles
Position Summary
Samsung Ads is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our Global Ads Product & Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance front-end and back-end components for our advertising platform. This position requires proficiency in .NET, familiarity with Azure services, and the ability to manage complex data and visualizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our advertising platform using .NET and major front-end frameworks.
- Front-End Development: Create responsive and interactive user interfaces, managing charts, grids, and forms.
- Back-End Development: Design and implement robust APIs, services, and data management solutions using .NET.
- Azure Services: Utilize Microsoft Azure services, with a preference for Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker for container orchestration.
- Data Integration: Work with Azure Databricks for big data processing and analytics (optional but preferred).
- DevOps and CI/CD: Implement and manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Machine Learning Integration: Apply basic machine learning models to enhance application functionality.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers,
data scientists, and other engineering teams across global sites.
- Optimization and Security: Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications through best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential:
- Proven experience in full stack development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, especially Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and GitHub for CI/CD pipeline management.
- Understanding of basic machine learning concepts and the ability to integrate easy models into applications.
- Strong skills in performance optimization and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Azure Databricks for big data analytics.
- Familiarity with additional Azure services and tools.
- Background in managing and visualizing complex data sets.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools.
Additional Information
- Location: While candidates based in Virginia are preferred, remote work is an option for those with exceptional profiles.
