This role demands knowledge in carpentry fundamentals, including plan reading, concrete formwork, and minor electrical work. You will also operate tools safely while adhering to our safety program and ensuring timely project completion. Key Responsibilities:

- Read plans and execute layout tasks efficiently
- Operate and maintain carpentry tools according to safety standards
- Anticipate and communicate potential quality and safety issues
- Understand processes across various trade disciplines
- Comply with BlueCity’s safety program and guidelines Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on carpentry experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Level 2 First Aid certification is an asset
