- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers through various channels

- Handle additional collection responsibilities as assigned Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in auto financing collections
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Experience with skip tracing and credit bureaus
