Join the La Ronge Health Centre as a full time Community Mental Health Nurse. Provide essential case management for individuals with chronic mental illness while engaging in a multidisciplinary team environment. This nursing position focuses on implementing mental health services individually and in groups.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing. You’ll thrive with excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of community resources designed to support various needs in high-risk populations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide intensive case management for chronic mental illnesses
- Deliver services in individual and group contexts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care
- Maintain knowledge of community treatment programs
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Registered or eligible with CRNS and CRPNS
- Strong computer skills and interpersonal abilities
