Successful candidates' responsibilities - Working with students one-on-one & in small groups in a classroom setting Teacher Assistants Qualifications - Educational Assistant Certificate (desirable) Preference will be given to candidates who - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with children, parents and staff - Work collaboratively and co-operatively with teachers and other educational assistants in the classroom/school - Understand and carry out oral and written direction - Work independently with minimal instruction - Demonstrate effective organizational and communication skills - Respect confidentiality - Practice professionalism with all RVS School students, staff, administration,
