Elevate care standards at The Village of Glendale Crossing as a full-time Kinesiologist and PAL Coordinator. Lead innovative elderly exercise programs in a collaborative team workplace located in London, Ontario. This role expects to commence in Fall 2026. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Kinesiology and have expertise in psychomotor behavior.

Responsibilities include designing unique exercise routines, overseeing transfer assessments, and leading educational training for staff and residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement innovative cognitive exercise programs
- Work alongside physiotherapists and occupational therapists
- Manage and support Kinesiology student placements




- Facilitate educational sessions on lift & transfer methods
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance resident services

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a rehabilitation focus
- Registration with the College of Kinesiologists is an asset
- Experience or desire to work with seniors in care
- Familiarity with policies and best practices in Kinesiology
- Compassionate approach towards residents and team members
