Provide vital clinical counseling as a Full time Mental Health Therapist at Tisdale Hospital. Reporting to the Manager, the Mental Health Therapist - Staff role focuses on delivering clinical services to adult clients.
This full-time position in Community Addiction Services involves assessing needs, offering therapy, and managing case loads effectively. A Bachelor's degree in social work or psychology is required to ensure client-centric care. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical counseling services for adult outpatients
- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide expertise in group work and case management
- Document client progress and adjust treatment accordingly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Registered or eligible for registration with a professional association
