Full Time - Rotating Sunday to Thursday 8am-3:30am (Week 1) 11am- 6:30pm (Week 2).

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Full Time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Supervisor. This role is a vital part of our Withdrawal Management and Treatment Services, supporting staff and clients within our residential Withdrawal Management and Treatment Services program. The program is staffed by an interdisciplinary team who provide counselling, support, withdrawal monitoring, education, and skills development to support client recovery. You will ensure the provision of high-quality services through program oversight, staff training and coaching, data analysis, and quality improvement activities. The Supervisor works collaboratively with the program’s Manager and fellow Supervisors, as well as with leaders across the Addiction and Mental Health department and community partners, to ensure continuity of care for clients.

What You’ll Do

- Adheres to CNO Standards of Practice and demonstrates practice competencies
- Provides operational and administrative supervision to both RPN and non-medical staff
- Coaches staff to ensure the provision of protected and effective care, including medication administration and use of structured withdrawal monitoring scales
- Ensures the team develops individualized support and transition plans for clients
- Supports and monitors implementation of protocols to assist withdrawal
- Liaises with community partners, such as pharmacy, RAAM Clinic, and Hospital, to ensure optimal client care
- Monitors data quality and medication reconciliation to support program improvement
