Your role focuses on fostering participation and improving the quality of life for residents. In this full-time position, you will assist in planning and facilitating activities tailored to residents' interests and care needs. You’ll collaborate with the Programs Manager and an interdisciplinary team to create a supportive environment. Documenting participation and outcomes while ensuring a clean and safe program area are essential responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and facilitate recreational and social programs
- Encourage resident social engagement and independence
- Provide support during activities for individuals and groups
- Document resident participation and track program outcomes
- Assist with setup and cleanup of program areas Requirements:
- Experience in recreational programming or a related field
