You will operate trucks and winter maintenance equipment while managing a variety of maintenance tasks. Your leadership skills will be key as you coordinate staff during road and yard maintenance activities, keeping our highways safe for the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate trucks for road maintenance and hauling
- Execute snow removal and salting for winter control
- Manage additional staff for maintenance operations
- Perform road repairs and sign maintenance tasks
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities Requirements:
- Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent
- Three months’ experience in road maintenance or snow plowing
- Valid Ontario Class 'DZ' driver's licence required
