SIXTREND is a growing Canadian custom sofa and sofa-bed maker based in Toronto. We design and build premium furniture for customers across Ontario.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable Delivery Driver & Installer to safely transport and set up our custom furniture in customers' homes.
Your Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver furniture from our Toronto workshop to customers across Ontario
- Pick up customer returns and warranty items and bring them back to our facility
- Professionally install and assemble furniture on-site; verify quality and handle minor touch-ups as needed
- Handle all pieces with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
- Provide friendly, professional service and represent SIXTREND well in customers' homes
- Coordinate with delivery teammates on-site and communicate clearly throughout the day
- Follow all traffic laws, company driving policies, and safe handling practices
- Work with the team to plan efficient delivery routes and schedules
What You Need
- Valid Ontario G Class driver's license (minimum) with a clean driving record
- Current vehicle insurance history showing responsible long-term driving habits
- Experience driving small to medium commercial cargo vans and box trucks
- Physically fit and able to safely lift and maneuver heavy loads with assistance
- Comfortable with tools and basic furniture assembly
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work Tuesday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Nice to Have
- Experience driving commercially in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area
- Background in moving, delivery, or logistics
