Casual General Contractor / Handyman – Contract Work

We are looking for a reliable, skilled General Contractor / Handyman to assist with ongoing maintenance and repair work across our residential properties.

Our company manages 100+ doors, and we are looking for someone who can take on jobs on a casual, as-needed basis. This is a great prospect for an experienced contractor who wants flexible work and a steady source of smaller projects.

Scope of Work May Include:

- Countertop installation
- Tile installation and repairs
- Painting and touch-ups
- Drywall repairs and patching
- General carpentry
- Door, trim, and hardware repairs
- Turnover and move-out repairs
- Other general property maintenance as required

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Has experience in residential repairs and maintenance
- Is comfortable working independently
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Is reliable, professional, and responsive
- Has their own basic tools and transportation




- Can provide references and/or examples of previous work
- Is able to provide a clear invoice for completed work
