Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools or supplie
- Maintain safety standards by following protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear
- Perform general cleanup tasks to keep work areas tidy and hazard-free
- Operate basic tools and machinery with no supervision, ensuring proper usage at all times
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks promptly and accurately
Skills
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in rain, snow, heat and cold—the work must be completed in all weather conditions
- Must be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Must be dependable, punctual and willing to work
- Must be handy with tools
- Must have a valid driver’s licence
- Must have a clean driving record for a minimum of five years
- Must be looking for stable, long-term, full-time employment
