Duties

- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies or tools
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials or assisting with basic tasks as directed
- Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a tidy and safe work environment
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations
- Transport materials or equipment around the site using manual or powered tools when required




- Report any hazards or issues promptly to supervisors to uphold safety standards

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality as core qualities
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual roles is a plus but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to learn safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
