We are looking for a Part-time General Assistant to join our team and provide support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including administrative work, customer service, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent prospect for someone who is looking to gain experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities





- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and complaints.
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Organize and manage office supplies.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Some Laundry and Cleaning

Pay: From $17.60 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate

- Scarborough, ON M1V 5P3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
