- Manage and oversee technology services related to GoA Data Centres, Alberta Correctional Facilities, and remote sites.
- Implement and coordinate all IT facility services including WiFi management, equipment changes, and network optimization.
- Maintain and manage rack, power, cooling systems, and network closet infrastructures to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
- Develop and implement disaster preparedness and regulatory compliance plans.
- Lead and supervise teams in asset management, procurement, and documentation processes.
- Provide consultation and troubleshooting support to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure seamless service and updates on operational status.
- Proven experience in managing IT facility services, data centres, or similar infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of network optimization, power management, environmental control, and rack systems.
- Ability to lead a team and manage cross-functional projects.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Understanding of disaster preparedness, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in IT management, infrastructure, or related fields are an asset.
