Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Reservations Administrator to support the coordination of Corporate and Educational Group bookings. Reporting to the Groups Supervisor, this role is essential to the smooth execution of group visits, with a strong focus on guest service, internal collaboration,



and administrative accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills, and is available to work weekends during our peak season (December–March).

This is a full-time role starting in early December until mid to late March.

Role Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for group clients, maintaining clear and timely communication by phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate administrative support to the Groups department, ensuring coordination across Snow School, Nordic, Alpine, Rentals, and Food & Beverage teams.
- Maintain and update the Group Tracker and sales system to communicate booking volumes to relevant .
- Respond to booking inquiries and modifications within 72 hours.
- Coordinate all group logistics, including rentals, food & beverage needs, and sales transactions during onsite visits.
- Collaborate closely with Snow School Dispatch and departmental supervisors to ensure operational readiness and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Axess is an asset.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume periods with professionalism.
- Previous experience in event coordination or group administration is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
