Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and assistance with their needs
- Manage guest amenities by distributing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring availability of requested items
- Engage with guests through friendly conversation, including public speaking opportunities to inform and entertain
- Assist with food service activities, including serving snacks or beverages as needed, while adhering to safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately for amenity sales or related services
- Support children and families by creating engaging activities or providing information about available amenities tailored for young guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of amenity areas, ensuring a welcoming workplace at all times
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in educational, recreational, or hospitality settings is highly desirable
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with diverse guest groups and lead small group activities or tours
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with guest services operations, including cash handling and food service procedures
- Ability to remain energetic, approachable, and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hospitality or food service roles is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork skills
