This permanent, full time position involves managing daily operations of operators and maintaining an effective AVL control room. Candidates will actively contribute to a positive work environment and enhance service delivery to Guelph Transit passengers. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations of transit services
- Provide coaching and training to operators
- Manage day-to-day labor relations issues
- Investigate customer complaints and ensure follow-up
- Maintain operational records and staff schedules Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Experience in transit or transportation settings
- Valid Class BZ driver’s license in good standing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
