The Head of Finance – Nordics will serve as the senior finance leader for the Oiva Health business. This is a hands-on, individually accountable role responsible for finance, accounting, FP&A;, treasury, statutory and regulatory compliance, and HR/payroll oversight across all Oiva legal entities. The role reports directly to the Group CFO of and will be the primary point of contact and accountability for all things finance-related on the Oiva side of the business.

This person will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing day-to-day finance operations independently while keeping the Group CFO informed on material items, risks, and decisions. They will work closely with Oiva's outsourced providers, currently Aallon Group (interim financial control), Staria (Finnish payroll and purchase-invoice processing), Greenstep (HR), Aspia (Swedish and Norwegian bookkeeping) and MB Solutions (Denmark), to execute transactional and compliance work, while owning the oversight, quality control, judgment calls, and Group reporting that sits above that outsourced layer.

Qualifications & Experience - Required: Fluent in both English and Finnish. Three of the six entities are Finnish, and statutory filings and correspondence with the Finnish authorities are conducted in Finnish.

- Required: Prior experience within the Software-as-a-Service industry; ideally the healthcare technology sector.



Prior experience working with public sector clients also preferred.
- Required: 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including direct ownership of multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction finance operations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and drive outcomes with limited day-to-day oversight.
- Working knowledge of IFRS and experience with statutory reporting in one or more Nordic jurisdictions, spanning both external and internal reporting.
- Proven experience owning FP&A; – budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis of product and company performance – in a multi-entity or multi-market workplace.
- Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally (e.g., with product, commercial, or operations teams) in prior roles, with the ability to speak to specific examples.
- Experience managing or closely partnering with outsourced accounting/payroll/HR providers (BPO model).
- Experience managing relationships with external financial statutory auditors, including ownership of an audited entity's audit process end-to-end.
- Preferred: Reading ability in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish.
- Preferred: Experience operating a business unit or regional entity reporting into a larger group/parent company platform.
- Preferred: Prior experience working for a private equity-backed company.
