Responsibilities
- Perform Japanese Head Spa treatments
- Perform facials
- Perform relaxation body treatments
- Recommend skincare and retail products
- Maintain exceptional client care and hospitality
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Help create an exceptional spa experience for every guest
Qualifications
- Experience performing head spa treatment
- Experience with relaxation massage or body treatments is an asset
- Experience with facials
- Strong customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Passion for wellness and self-care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Interns, recent graduates, and anyone experienced about the spa industry are welcome to apply.
