This role is essential in establishing and refining a comprehensive Safety Management System while guiding leadership in effective safety strategies. Develop and implement the Safety Management System (SMS)

- Lead department-wide safety training and compliance initiatives
- Coach safety personnel and prioritize organizational safety needs
- Ensure ongoing compliance with health and safety legislation
- Conduct internal audits to enhance safety performance Degree, diploma, or certification in Occupational Health and Safety
- Minimum of 7-10 years in health and safety management
- Experience leading safety programs in diverse operational settings
