Carewest is seeking a Health Care Aide for the EQuaL program at Dr. Vernon Fanning Centre. This temporary part time role supports adults with disabilities, including neurological conditions, within a multidisciplinary team.
You will observe and report on client status, administer prescribed medications per policy, and work in trauma-informed care while assisting younger adults living with chronic diseases. Shift times are days and evenings.
