Service Mécanicien Caulfield Inc. (SMC) is growing and looking for skilled Heavy Vehicle Mechanics and Apprentice Mechanics to join our team in Montreal.

Position Overview

We are hiring:

- Heavy Vehicle Mechanics

You’ll be working on a variety of equipment including:
- Hydraulic systems
- Electrical systems
- Forklifts & construction equipment

Requirements

- DEP in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics (or currently in progress for apprentices)
- 3-7 years of experience
- High school diploma
- Must be 18+
- Asset: Valid driver’s license (Class 1, 2, 3, or 5)

Key Skills

- Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic abilities
- Mechanical & electrical knowledge
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams




- Experience with preventative maintenance programs (PEP)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs

Assets (Nice to Have)

- Welding experience
- Experience with hydraulics systems
- Experience with forklifts & construction equipment
t>i>Ability to drive heavy trucks
- Red Seal Certification (optional)

Compensation

- Salary range: $27-$39 (based on experience)
