Mining Heavy Equipment Operators - Kearl - 14/14 - Camp + Paid Flights - Up to $56.50/hr - Fort McMurray, AB North American Construction Group is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join their team at the Kearl mining site near Fort McMurray, Alberta. Operators will work with D9-D11 dozers in a remote camp workplace, supporting mining operations and ensuring safety standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for those with significant dozer experience looking to join a reputable company with long-term contracts and room for advancement.

- GRRSP matching What You’ll Need - Minimum 5 years of experience operating D9-D11 sized dozers
- At least 1 year working with mining shovels
- Experience operating on muskeg/soft ground
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize safety
- High school diploma, GED, or post-secondary education is an asset
- Valid CSO Certification
- Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness or Energy Safety Canada Wildlife Awareness (Kearl only)
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing: breath alcohol, urine drug, fitness-to-work, audiometric, vision, and criminal record check What Will Make You Stand Out - Minimum one year experience in a mining atmosphere preferred
