Job Title: Business System Analyst - Intelligent Document Processing

The Business Systems Analyst will serve as the primary liaison across business, operations, product management, solution architecture, development, data integration, QA, information security, infrastructure, and external technology partners. The role will analyze and improve document-intensive processes and translate operational needs into clear, testable, and technically feasible requirements. The candidate will support Intelligent Document Processing and digital transformation solutions involving document capture, scanning, digitization, image processing, OCR, document classification, AI-based data extraction, human validation, workflow automation, system integration, reporting, retention, and secure document disposition. The role requires strong business analysis expertise and technical knowledge of Kofax TotalAgility / Tungsten TotalAgility or a comparable enterprise document-automation platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered):

- Kofax TotalAgility / Tungsten TotalAgility: Working knowledge of workflows, capture and ingestion, OCR, classification, extraction, validation queues, business rules, platform integrations, environment migration, and production support.
- Intelligent Document Processing: Strong understanding of document digitization, OCR, image processing, document classification, field extraction, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop validation, metadata, reconciliation,



and exception handling.
- Technical Business Analysis: Experience leading requirements elicitation and producing detailed BRDs, process models, business rules, functional and non-functional requirements, data mappings, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability documentation.
- Overall experience should be more than 8 years. Minimum 3 years of experience with Tungsten TotalAgility 7.x, 8.x, or later is preferred.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required):

- Experience with machine learning, computer vision, and generative AI.
- Familiarity with secure file transfers, batch-processing controls, reconciliation, logging, monitoring, and recovery requirements.
- Experience in solution design, testing, defect triage, change-impact analysis, deployment, cutover, go-live, stabilization, and transition to operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role):

- Leading discovery and requirements-elicitation sessions and developing functional, non-functional, operational, reporting, security, data, and integration requirements.
- Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end document digitization processes, including scanning, classification, extraction, validation, exception handling, reconciliation, retention, and secure transmission.
- Supporting TotalAgility solution design, workflow configuration, testing, platform upgrades, workplace migration, integration, and production readiness.
