We are seeking a Core Network Subject Matter Expert with experience in wireless packet core technologies, including 5G, LTE, and 3G. The role involves supporting the preparation and execution of design, instantiation, integration, and validation of network documentation, as well as implementation and testing for wireless packet core platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating issues within the packet core and packet data services, and utilizing cloud and virtualization tools for automation and KPI reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

- Degree or Diploma in Networking or Technology.
- 5 years of experience in a Service Provider setting.
- Experience with networking: routers/switches/firewalls, routing, subnetting, and network protocols.
- In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol,



specifically relating to the routing of IP packets (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, MPLS VPN, and Multicasting).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

- Knowledge of Data analytics and Log parsing tools like Splunk and Grafana.
- Experience-based knowledge of Nokia (ALU) Service Router 7750SR, 7210-SaS platforms and services, and TiMOS/SR OS.
- Lean-Six Sigma certification.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

- Support in the operation, maintenance, and daily checks of the packet core nodes.
- Serve as the top tier in fault identification, isolation, analysis, and resolution for IP & Access network-related technology platforms.
- Design and implement automations across Network Operations using a combination of in-house and open-source development tools.
