Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum of 2-3 Oracle HCM implementations experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Extract and HCM Data Load (HDL) Conversion fields mapping.
- Experience with BIP Report development.
- Technical development experience in at least 2-3 HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Perks.
- Expertise in HDL Data loading and data mapping.
- Proven experience in designing and developing HDL load, BIPOTBI Report, and HCM extract.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Strong table knowledge and hands-on work experience.
- Experience leading and coordinating with customers for requirement gathering.
- Ability to prepare design documents.
- Experience in performing unit testing and executing Go Live processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate with customers to gather requirements.
- Prepare design documents and perform technical development on HCM modules.
- Conduct unit testing and ensure successful Go Live.
