Title: Appian Technical Lead

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 06-12 months

: We are seeking an experienced Appian Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade Appian solutions supporting digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives, including integration with systems such as OnBase. This role provides technical leadership to ensure scalable, high-performing, and secure low-code applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6-8 years of experience in Appian BPM - Business Process Management

- Solid knowledge of Appian architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices

- Experience in designing and developing scalable Appian applications and workflows

- Ability to guide development teams on Appian implementation, performance tuning, and optimization

- Prior work experience in a similar industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications





- Experience with integrations between Appian and enterprise systems (e.g., OnBase, APIs, databases)

- Knowledge of application security, data integrity, and compliance with enterprise standards

- Experience in establishing development governance, CI/CD practices, and deployment standards

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of Appian applications and workflows

- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and product teams

- Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture

- Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution

- Drive reusable component development and platform best practices adoption
