Ensuring the quality of Guidewire Insurance Suite implementations, specifically the Billing Center, through test planning, automation, execution, and defect management. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with Guidewire systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid technical skills with hands-on experience in Guidewire systems
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for Guidewire applications
- Proficiency in performing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Guidewire modules
- Experience with API testing and validating data flow between Guidewire and external systems
- Guidewire certification is mandatory
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with automation and performance testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit,
REST Assured, Postman, and JMeter
- Familiarity with defect management tools like JIRA, Client ALM, and Azure DevOps
- Experience in participating in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Understanding of test coverage, traceability, and compliance with QA standards
- Experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation activities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand functional and technical requirements
- Track and report defects using defect management tools
- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and compliance with QA standards
