Job Title: Oracle ERP Project Manager

Location: (Hybrid - 3 days onsite ) in Brampton, ON, Canada

Rogers is seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Oracle ERP initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across Oracle Cloud or E-Business Suite, strong project-management leadership, and the ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive successful implementations.

This role requires hands-on ownership of planning, execution, risk management, vendor coordination, and delivery governance.

Must have

- Experience in Telecom domain is a Must have.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10 years of IT project-management experience, with 5 years leading Oracle ERP projects.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite (Finance, SCM, HCM, or cross-module).
- Proven experience delivering large, multi-phase ERP implementations.
- Expertise in SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
- Solid understanding of data migration, integrations, and testing cycles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-presentation skills.
- Experience working with vendors, SIs,



and offshore/onshore delivery models.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in telecommunications or large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance, security, and audit requirements.
- Knowledge of reporting tools, BI, or analytics related to ERP.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Lead full lifecycle Oracle ERP projects, including planning, scope definition, scheduling, and execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Oversee configuration, integration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
- Manage relationships with Oracle, SI partners, and third-party vendors.
- Support organizational readiness, training, and adoption activities.
