53 CAD/hr.

We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Service Now, Confluence, Jira, and qTest. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Lending lines of businesses.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered):

- 7 years of Corporate/Commercial Banking experience
- Proficiency in Service Now, Confluence, Jira, qTest
- Robust capabilities in functional requirements gathering
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with IT SDLC, Agile, and data analysis (using SQL, profiling data)
- Experience with Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Lending lines of businesses
- QA experience with testing on user interfaces,



web applications, and databases (SQL experience)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required):

- Prior experience with ACBS or similar conversion/migration projects
- Experience in building test execution plans
- Automation experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role):

- Gather and document functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Conduct data analysis and profiling using SQL
- Develop and execute test plans for user interfaces, web applications, and databases
