Job Title: Senior Business Analyst & Solution Integration Architect

Location: Regina, Saskatchewan

Duration: 06-12 Months

Hourly Pay Rate: 50 CAD

Senior Business Analyst & Solution Integration Architect with experience in Business Analysis and Solution Architecture. Certification such as IIBA CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or ISP (Information Systems Professional) is preferred with relevant experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a combined Senior Business Analyst and Solution-Integration Architect role within the last five (5) years.
- Business process re-engineering experience to simplify, automate, integrate, and optimize Telecom business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle ambiguity, conflict resolution, and diplomacy.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in 5G, CRM, Network Planning software, Assurance, Observability, API Gateways, Work Force Management, Workflow Management, Order Orchestration, Integration, Enterprise Application management software,



ERPs, Automation.
- Knowledge in Agile/Waterfall methodologies, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Cybersecurity Framework, Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Systems Development LifeCycle (SDLC), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), TM Forum Frameworx / Open Digital Framework (ODF).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Perform analysis of high-level requirements to create solution designs for complex corporate projects.
- Develop AS-IS and TO-BE solution models and ensure business rules are defined and applied.
- Collaborate with business units to gather project estimates and oversee business process simplification.
- Maintain current knowledge of technical advancements and perform ongoing requirements management and documentation.
- Act as liaison between Business Stakeholders, technical solution providers, development, testing, and support teams.
