Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Management Specialist

This role involves maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring accurate and complete configuration item (CI) data. You will collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to improve data quality and support audit and compliance requirements. The position also includes responsibilities in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM), focusing on lifecycle management, data integrity, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 years of experience in ITAM, SAM, HAM, and CMDB administration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules.
- Solid understanding of ITIL-based asset lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript),



data analytics, and dashboarding.
- Experience with integration technologies (SOAP, REST, MID Server).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- ServiceNow certifications (SAM Pro, HAM Pro) preferred.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB.
- Configure and maintain SAM Pro modules.
- Manage the lifecycle of hardware assets.
- Develop and support integrations with procurement platforms.
- Create dashboards and reports to provide insights into asset utilization and compliance.
