We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations support and a deep understanding of various technologies and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience in an operations support role.
- Strong knowledge of HTTP, SQL, databases, and general data transfer technologies.
- Comfortable with system administration of Unix, Linux, and Windows infrastructure applications.
- Proficient in scripting operational administration tasks using Java, PowerShell, Python (preferred), Perl, Shell Scripting, or other languages.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex issues related to network, databases, storage, security, and operating systems.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications





- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.
- Experience in incident and problem management.
- Availability for weekend and on-call work on a rotation basis.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for various systems and technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure productive incident and problem management.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during weekends as required.
