Job Title: Sr. ISAM Developer

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)

Duration: 06-12 Months

Hourly Pay Rate: 70 CAD

: We are seeking a skilled Sr. ISAM Developer to join our team for a 6-12 month contract in Toronto, ON. This role requires working on-site 4 days a week as part of a hybrid model.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Solid experience implementing and supporting IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), including WebSEAL configuration, junctions, ACLs, and protected object space (POS).
- Knowledge of authentication/authorization policies, session and cookie management.
- Experience with federation using SAML, OIDC, OAuth2.
- Proficiency in Java development, preferably with Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices concepts.
- Strong understanding of IAM fundamentals, including SSO, MFA concepts, token-based authentication, and identity lifecycle basics.
- Experience with Linux/Unix, troubleshooting, logs, and network fundamentals (HTTP/S, TLS, headers, cookies).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across security, infrastructure,



and application teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience with IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA).
- Experience with IBM Security Directory Server/LDAP tuning and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to API gateways, WAF, reverse proxy patterns, and mTLS.
- Containerization/Cloud knowledge: OpenShift/Kubernetes, Azure/AWS/GCP.
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Nexus/Artifactory.
- Banking/financial services domain experience and familiarity with security/compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, PCI, PIPEDA).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Implement and support IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) solutions.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure effective integration and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ISAM and related technologies.
